Kamy’s newest trick is standing up! She started by just leaning against things while holding something in her hands. She certainly hasn’t mastered it yet, especially since when she realizes that she’s balancing she promptly sits down.
Keller’s been working with her to find her balance point and figure it out. Using drum sticks to help her balance has been working really well.
The other night at Oma and Opa’s house she actually caught herself leaning and managed to stand up for almost 5 seconds. Good girl!
I know, it’s only 5 seconds, but before long I’m sure she’ll be running circles around us and we’ll wonder where our little crawler went.
Aww…love the drum sticks! She and Ian will have to start a band. 🙂 What a big girl!
