… apples and bananas!
McKamy has now tried both bananas and apples and she approves of both! Hooray for two new foods!
Kamy loves to help feed herself too. I’ll feed her most of the food on the spoon and give it to her to finish off. Fortunately it’s not too liquid-y, so it sticks to the spoon enough for Kamy to feed herself. Granted, it ends up all over her hands and face and sometimes in her hair, but it’s fun!
Most of the time she’ll mess with the spoon for a few minutes and then drop it on the ground. Time for a new spoon! We made it through 4 spoons the other day while eating bananas and three today with apples.
It’s only a matter of time before she gets more and more independent and will be able to feed herself all alone. My baby is growing up!
