Roll-y Poll-y

So we finally caught McKamy’s acrobatic rolls last night while spending time at Grandmommy and Grandbobby’s house! It was a TON of work and no simple feat, but she finally managed to get over her shoulder and roll onto her tummy. She is not very consistent about rolling over yet — it’s still a learning experience for her and she’s not really sure what she thinks about it.

I left the entire video in tact so you can see how hard she was working, but if you skip to 3:00 and watch until the end, you’ll get the gist of it. =)

Here are a few more pictures from Wednesday and yesterday. I’m hooked on these flower headbands that I’m making for McKamy to wear. Flowers are definitely “in” right now, the bigger the better. I’m not crazy about the gigantic roses that are as big as the baby’s head, but I like this size. I just think they’re so precious! I’ve debated starting up an Etsy site and seeing if there is any market for the flower headbands. They’re relatively in-expensive and add so much character to an outfit.

Eating lunch with Grandmindy on Wednesday at McAlister’s Deli. McKamy was all smiles and was the star of the show for all the other people sitting around us. It’s so much fun to have a happy, smiley baby!

There’s my sweet little girl! I love her so much. =)
