While admittedly delayed, here are the photos from Kamy’s birthday party at Grandmindy’s. Uncle Garin was also in town for his birthday that weekend so we did a combined celebration and enjoyed having Payton, Jessica, and Grandmommy and Grandbobby there as well. It was a full house.
While playing around, Kamy impressed us with her building skills! We have a lot of engineers in the family and she just might be one of them! Talk about a tower of shoes, especially since each one of those were nearly as big as she is. Hehe!
McKamy made out like a bandit at her birthday party. I didn’t count, but I *know* she got more gifts than Garin, unless you count each individual record we gave him. Then he’d win. =) Clothes and books were the primary gift — both of which she needed!
Grandmindy even made her a special quilt for her birthday. Certainly not the first and it won’t be the last, but it’s treasured!
Kamy also got a great set of stacking blocks from Garin and Payton to play with … she loves playing with them and several now live in the tub permanently for bath time.
Kamy had a cupcake with coconut on top for her cake. She enjoyed it, though it was pretty far past her bedtime so she wasn’t really that hungry and mostly played with it. Still cute!
