On Monday the 29th Kamy’s umbilical cord fell off. Yay! I do not have to be paranoid about hurting her with the diaper rubbing on her cord any more and we could finally give her a bath! I had given her a once over with a damp washcloth before to keep her fresh and tidy, but we were not allowed to get her all wet until the cord was gone.
Since we were heading over to visit family that evening, we thought we’d take the time to get her all nice and fresh and clean.
Let’s just say, we are not a fan of water. =P McKamy didn’t like being propped up in the little blue bath tub and getting rubbed all over. Momma worked on getting her all clean while Daddy took photos of us getting wet. We also discovered that our little pumpkin has made quite a little belly for all that milk she’s been drinking – it needed to go somewhere!
